In an Effort to expedite services, we have developed an email specifically for concerns, request and complaints.

For example, if you were to leave for the evening and remembered on the way home that there was an item that needed resolve. You would simply send an e-mail to Help@TEXASFSS.com

You would then receive a confirmation that your concern, request or complaint has been received and is in the process of completion.

This would be sent to all members of the operations staff and management for resolve using our “Circle of Communications”

The following day one of our staff will be in contact with you as soon as possible to confirm satisfaction
